I for sure became more toned in my 30s 🔥

How/Why? Well I actually put more effort into it lol but really 🤣

Here are the things that helped me transform my core in my 30s:

🔥FOOD MATTERS🔥

Does working out matter? Yes!! Of course it does! But food matters a little bit more…but here’s the thing I also LOVE to live hahah. Meaning I love chips + guac, sweet treat, and sometimes (Diet Coke 🤫). So I believe everything in moderation. For example if I had a few moments where I wasn’t made the best food choices, I give myself grace, and then refocus on my health goals and pick better options for the next few weeks. That’s what works for me but you decide what works best for you!

🔥HOT YOGA🔥

The sweat is where it’s at! Not only does it detoxify my system but it also really helps target subcutaneous fat. So those stubborn areas? Heck yes to hot yoga! I prefer an active vinyasa class if I’m really working on toning.

🔥PILATES WORK🔥

And last but not least, pilates!! Whether I’m getting my butt kicked at solidcore or taking a not so casual core centric mat class, the movements really help me targets low core muscles.
