I have my routine down when it comes to teaching yoga!

💓But Coffee First💓

Yes I drink matcha AND I drink coffee too. Some days matcha just doesn’t cut it especially if it’s an early start time or I’m just tired from the week!

💓Open the Studio💓

I open the studio before students arrive. I usually tidy up and then head up to the studio to get the music set and run through my sequence.

💓Selfie Corner 💓

I promote all of my classes on social media so I prioritize making content whenever I’m at the studio!

💓Stretch It Out 💓

Before students come I stretch or briefly flow through the sequence. I like the quiet time before things get going and it helps me feel super prepared!

💓Açaí Bowl 💓

After teaching multiple classes I am

HUNGRY! I love stopping by my friend’s juice bar for this aesthetically pleasing and organic açaí bowl with almond butter, banana, blueberries, granola and bee pollen!
