When Your Waiting For “Them” To Change

In my recent podcast episode “The Dear Unapologetically Me” I discussed an important aspect about the process of healing, it's essential to acknowledge that not only people but also places and things may not change as we hope. When we are on our healing journey, part of the journey is accepting that certain environments and objects may remain constant, despite our desire for them to evolve.

This acceptance doesn't mean resignation; rather, it empowers us to focus on our own healing and growth, regardless of external circumstances. By letting go of the expectation for external change and embracing the present moment, we can find peace and fulfillment within ourselves.
