For the Moms

Remy is 14 months old and it’s taken me this long to realize the importance of prioritizing taking care of myself (nothing crazy, but a nice long shower/basic needs)

I found for so long I would have thin patience, would get burnt out, resentful and just overall not in a great headspace most days. Don’t get me wrong- it still happens, being a mom is hard.

But I noticed a world of difference when I started taking some time to take care of myself whenever I had free time instead of constantly feeling like a needed to be productive.

Turns out, it is productive because it’s allowed me to feel like myself again and helped me to show up better as a wife and mom.
