White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Such a great twist on classic oatmeal cookies. Here’s the recipe!

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup butter, softened

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 cup white sugar

- 1 egg

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 1/2 cup flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 3/4 cup oats

- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

**optional: make in ‘fall’ inspired by adding a dash of cinnamon and/or pumpkin pie spice**

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cream butter and sugars. Mix in egg and vanilla.

3. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in oats and white chocolate chips.

4. Drop tbsp sized cookies onto cookie sheet and bake for 9-12 minutes! This recipe makes around 20 cookies.
