my ACNH home vs my real home: 2024 edition 🍃🌀

hi! ˚˖𓍢ִ໋🌷͙֒✧ over the course of 2023, i had SO many changes in interests and it's led me closer to being more creative and authentically me. some of you may have seen my previous animal crossing post, i've been decorating my home on this game since 2020 and it's been a great creative outlet. doing this has led to a greater interest in my own home decor and i'm so glad because finding myself through decorating my own home has been one of the greatest things for me personally.

at the beginning of 2023, i decided to switch my animal crossing home from all pink decor to more danish pastel themed. i did this with my own home as well, in march-july of 2023 you could find pastel colors and floral themes all throughout my home. by the time fall started rolling around i had some interest changes and i wanted to implement them in my real home and my animal crossing home. this cozy game has been great for when i need to slow down. i have this need to do something creative like every single second of the day, so having animal crossing around helps me to take time for myself and it also helps me creatively.
