I’m a garden advocate, and a new mom! And if you’re the same then i think we will get along great! :)

I want to post about the normalization of gardening! Just like going and grabbing a drink, or winding down with a glass of wine.. just a little bit better, if you will..

When i became a mom i thought i was going to have to stop gardening, which sucked because it’s really helped my anxiety, appetite, and even helped motivate me! And that’s when it hit me.. if it does all these good things for me, and a glass of wine makes me feel crappy in the morning, why would i stop???

So i didn’t:) i found community’s of mamas who garden! I learned how to safely do it while being a parent!

I’m going to make some fun posts about it, but for now, where are my fellow gardeners 🌱👋🏻
