My Anti Aging Routine

It seems that many people are beginning to start their anti-aging skincare routines younger and younger and for a fair reason. I have been doing my research and felt that it was a good time for me to begin treating my skin. I went to Paris recently and picked up some french skincare products, to help me begin my anti-aging routine, as well as heal my skin barrier if needed.

A313 is a French favorite and for good reason. For starters, you do not need a prescription to purchase at their pharmacies and it works like a charm! It is not a tretinoin or retinol, but rather a Vitamin A Pomade. You can think of this as a gentler version of tretinoin, and a great product for beginners (like myself). This retails for about $8.

La Roche Posay Cicaplast B5 ($16) is great for healing my skin barrier after using

A313. It's incredibly moisturizing and hydrates my skin. This is a must have for anyone using strong skincare products!
