Juicing to reverse Pcos

The past 2 years PCOS has been kicking my behind!😩

Countless symptoms of:

📌irregular/heavy periods

📌Major bloat

📌fatigue

📌 facial hair growth

📌 weight gain

📌hair loss (edges)

📌fibroids on my uterus

It’s been hitting me heavy. I’m so tired of it‼️ I always had these symptoms but never knew what to call it until…I met women with the same diagnosis.

I’m a firm believer that food is medicine 🥦🥝🍎🍊🍋🥭🍍🥒 so I’m doing my best to only eat what will heal and nourish my body. I’m using natural herbs to aid in my healing as well. The best way to get in hydration and vitamins for me is drinking my veggies and fruit.

Juicing has so much benefits so I’ll be incorporating it in my daily diet.
