You don’t need to live on just clean food, eat only veggies, or cut out carbs to lose weight! 🙅‍♀️ The key is knowing your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). TDEE is basically how much energy your body uses in a day. If you eat the same amount as your TDEE, you won’t gain weight. Want to lose weight? Just eat a bit below your TDEE 🥰 it’s that simple! ✨

You can easily calculate your TDEE online 🌐 (check out the website in the image). They’ll also tell you how much you should cut your calories to keep things safe and healthy. Oh, and don’t forget to eat more protein! 🥩 Cutting too many carbs or protein won’t help you – it might even mess up your metabolism. 🙅‍♂️

Eating clean all the time can stress you out, both mentally and physically. And guess what? Stress is a major enemy when it comes to weight loss! 🧠💥 So, just eat normally, but in moderation. Don’t stress over sodium either! Drink plenty of water, and your body will take care of it. 💧

*Processed foods? Sure, you can have them! 🍩 Just don’t overdo it a little treat to satisfy cravings won’t hurt. 😉

So It’s not the food that makes you gain weight ‼️it’s eating more than your TDEE. That’s what causes the weight gain. Eat with balance, not less! 💪✨
