Hi guys🤩🧸I'm going to share everyone a basic glute workout to attempt today. It is a very helpful exercise. You will develop stronger quadriceps and hamstrings in addition to a rounder butt. For firm thighs and butt, I often perform this workout on my leg day. 🍑💪🏻
✨For the first two sets, I use 5 kg per side, and for the final two, I use 10 kg per side. And you should hold for 3 sec. to fully activate your butt muscles. You might not want to sit down the day after completing this exercise😓. Believe me ‼️🤣🥰
