Impacted Wisdom Tooth Removal 📌

Today I want to share with you guys about my experience of having an impacted wisdom tooth removal by minor oral surgery. Lepas beberapa bulan sakit kepala on off saya decide untuk jumpa dentist, rupanya sakit kepala berpunca dari gigi bongsu walaupun waktu tu gigi sakit sekejap-sekejap. Been consulted with medical doctor a few times but still didn't feel relieved. So, I decided to see the dentist to rule out other possibilities.

The surgery has been done at the hospital after I got referral letter from KP. It took about a month after I met the dentist at kp to get the date for consultation at hospital and a week to get the surgery date (I got early slot because I'm in terrible pain & luckily there's patient cancelled his surgery due to +ve covid).

The doctor was so good and I felt save during the procedure. But after the surgery I got TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder) due to long procedure (3hours procedure). I can't open my mouth wide and have a very painful sensation on my jaw joint. Thus, I have to go for soft diet for almost 1 month to minimise the jaw pain. But now I'm good!

It's one of the #BadExperience yang saya pernah lalui dalam hidup saya. But I'm so thankful & relieved I've passed the phase and no more pain.
