This is one of my favourite morning "healthier" coffee recipes to perk me up & keep me full for a long period of time.
This recipe is perfect for anyone, but esspically those who are contantly "on the go". Skip the $7 latte & enjoy this frothy coffee - few simple ingredients all blended together to perfection. If you're anythign like me, your coffee literally sets the tone for your entire day & this is the perfect recipe to ensure your day is started on the perfect note.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 vanilla extract
2tsp coconut oil
1-2 shots espresso
1/2 unsalted grass fed butter
1 scoop collagen
Instructions: (only 3 easy steps)
1. Make espresso as desired (I use my nespresso & change up my pods often)
2. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 15-30 seconds until creamy and frothy.
3. Pour into a coffee mug, dust with additional cinnamon, if desired, and enjoy.
