Stairway DIY makeover transformation!

My Stairway DIY Transformation🔨💪🏻

This was one of the first big projects to be be tackled when we bought our house in December 2021. It was the first time I used caulk, the first time I used a heat gun, and the first sander I bought and used….this was a project with a lot of firsts, with a big ol learning curve.

The main steps to this makeover were:

✨ Remove carpet, surprise layer of vinyl, and all the glue and staples!

✨ Sand down risers, have treads replaced.

✨ Wood fill holes, caulk seams, and prime the risers.

✨ Paint the risers, and voila!!

(All a little easier said than done, 😉 but this was a great beginner challenging project to take on!)
