Ingredients

✨4 chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)

✨2 Tablespoons homemade Italian seasoning mix

✨2 Tablespoons homemade ranch dressing mix

✨1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder

✨1/2 Tablespoon ground cumin

✨1/2 Tablespoon ground chili powder

✨¼ cup light olive oil

✨¼ cup red wine vinegar

✨1 cup water

Instructions⬇️

1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.

2. Generously sprinkle the Italian seasoning, ranch seasoning,garlic powder, ground cumin, and chili powder over the chicken breasts.

3. Then pour the olive oil, red wine vinegar and water over the seasoned chicken breasts. 

4. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.

5. Once the chicken breasts are cooked, shred them with 2 forks and let the chicken soak in the flavorful juices for a few minutes before serving.

6. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.
