Raspberry Lemonade 🍋

Here's what you need ⤵️

5 lemons or 1 cup lemon juice

1 cup raspberries

½ - 3/4 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener

3 1/2 cups water, divided

Instructions:

1. Cut lemons in half and juice them into a half gallon mason jar. Set aside.

2. Add the raspberries to a blender with 1/2 cup water. Purée until smooth.

3. Place a strainer over the lemon juice jar and pour puréed raspberries into it. The strainer will catch most of the seeds and any chunks.

4. Pour in the monk fruit sweetener (start with ½ cup and add more if needed). Stir 30 seconds to dissolve the sweetener.

5. Pour in the remaining 3 cups of water. Stir until combined.

6. Serve over ice or store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
