3D2N Weekend Getaway to Kluang!🏔️

If you’re wondering where you can go for your next weekend getaway that is:

Kluang might just be the place for you! 😛

During my recent 3D2N trip to Kluang, I needed a short break from the fast paced Singaporean life! That was when I stumbled upon Talula Hill Farm Resort Kluang ! 😲

As a first-time female solo traveller, I was comforted by how most of the resort staff were females with warm smiles and greetings🥹 (but of course they do have a security team too!)👷🏽‍♂️

GETTING THERE!!🚌

- Around 8:30am, I crossed over from woodlands checkpoint to JB by using the e-gates! I was surprised by how fast and easy it was to enter JB in less than 20 mins😲

- Before the trip, i had already booked a 11:30am bus ride from JB to Kluang through busonlineticket.com !

- So i hopped onto a bus from JB customs to Larkin Sentral (JB’s bus terminal) and then got onto my 11:30am bus! I reached Kluang’s bus terminal around 1:30pm🚌

- From there, I took a grab to Talula Hill Farm Resort that only cost RM10! 🚘

Coming back to SG was the same but in reverse! I came back to SG around 3:30pm on a Saturday when it was thankfully not so crowded!🥳

FOODS!!🍝

- The resort offers you a free breakfast every morning of your stay from 7:30am to 10am!

- There is also a cafe near the cabins that you’ll either need to take a buggy to get to, or a short car ride to!

- The cafe operating hours are: 10am to 9pm on Fri - Sun, and 12pm to 9pm from Mon - Thurs!

- Just next to the reception counter, there is also another dessert cafe that also sells a few mains and drinks!🍵

If you’re not travelling by car, fret not! There are free buggy rides around the resort available, almost like a scenic tour around the place! You will just need to request for a buggy by texting the receptionist and wait about 3-5 mins for them to arrive☺️ buggy services operate from 8am to 8pm!🚙

RESORT ACTIVITIES!!🐐🌿🎲

The resort also offers a nice range of activities for you to explore, such as:

- Gardening

- Indoor games / board games / movies

- Swimming

- Fishing

- Feeding farm animals

- Craft / Cooking activities

If you ever get bored, you can just request for a buggy and show up at the various timings that these activities would be made available!🤠

- Accoms: $324 for 3d2n in Deluxe Cabin Type A1 (after GST)

- Transport: $35

- Food: $60 (i didn’t eat much!)

- Total spent💸: $419

If you’re planning to do a weekend getaway soon, here are some smol friendly tips from a fellow retreater:

1️⃣ pack as light as you can!! Girlie here made the mistake of bringing a few unnecessary items, that i was so sweaty & tired crossing customs🤣 do yourself a favor and pack lightly!

(P.S. the resort offers free picnic mats so you don’t have to bring your own if you’d like to picnic!)

2️⃣ Get a klook e-sim! I got mine for just $1.43, and it was the most reliable and easy to activate e-sim i’ve used before☺️ this is not a sponsored post haha but good things must share!😌 simply click on the e-sim tab in the klook app, and select your destination!
