1 Pot Meal Prep idea!!

Meal prep doesn’t have to be healthy

That doesn’t mean it’s bad for you either

My husband needs calories to maintain his weight

3 ingredients:

Protein of choice

Jambalaya mix

Veggies(optional)

I like to add a can of tomatoes with green chilies to add some veggies

If I had an extra onion or bell peppers I would chop that up and throw it in too
