✨Tips for a Furniture Flip✨

All you need are 3 simple steps for beginners:

🖌️Sand your piece down with a light 320 grit

(If you want down to bare wood to stain then follow:

60 grit, 120 grit and then 320 to get the ultimate

smooth surface)

🖌️Paint your piece with your preferred chalk paint!

(I recommend Fusion Mineral Paint as it is easy to

use and leaves a nice sheen look)

🖌️ Put a top coat on your piece for safe keeping!

(Most paints have a built-in topcoat, but I always

advise to use one. There are multiple to choose

from: wax, liquid topcoat and polyurethane. If you

are beginner, I advise you not to do the last one!

There is a wax called aging with Fusion Mineral

Paint that I am in love with and that is what I used

above!
