Grilled Peach & Fig Burrata Salad

grocery list:

- 1 peach

- mint

- basil

- arugula

- blood orange olive oil

- sumac

- salt

- pepper

- burrata

- figs ( from my backyard :) )

- aged fig balsamic

- honey

1)grill peaches and set aside

2) toss mint, basil, and arugula in a bowl with the blood orange olive oil, sumac, salt, and pepper.

3) plate salad with the greens mix, figs, peaches, and burrata & top with honey and fig balsamic

4) eat as is or with dough dough toast
