I get tons of comments and DMs from people asking me how I got into social media and content creation and it’s not as difficult as you think!

That’s not to say the job is easy, but companies big and small are finally starting to see the value in investing in larger social teams, so especially if you’re early on in your career, you should be able to find a coordinator / associate role you’ll learn a lot from!

Really, it comes down to showing passion and your ability to do certain parts of the job. I know some of you may not have experience yet, and that’s okay — I didn’t at first either. But we can work around that!
