there’s nothing quite like that first sip of pumpkin cold foam, being able to finally get your candles out of storage, and watching hocus pocus on repeat.

where i live in sunny arizona, it’s basically hot all year round, so unfortunately the season changes are subtle… and mild. i’ve found that decorating and celebrating the seasons and holidays can make my year feel more full, bearable, and less monotonous.

one way i love to celebrate the seasons is planning a tbr (to be read) stack, that matches the energy of the upcoming season. so for october, ive already decorated my “haunted library” and pulled books off my shelves featuring witches, vampires, horror, creepy houses, and all of the spookiest of vibes.
