A high protein diet is so important when it comes to your fitness goals for many reasons including a big one which is increasing your metabolism to burn more calories at rest!
So here are a few easy lunch ideas 👇
-SALMON/CHICKEN SALAD.
Salads don’t have to be boring. Adding Chicken or Salmon to your salads will give you a high protein meal with minimal carbs. If you need to add more food into your day you can always add more carbs by slicing an apple in it as well.
-CHIPOTLE BOWL.
This one is for those who didn’t meal prep or are on the go. Chipotle is a great way to get a high protein lunch in by adding chicken for a lean protein source.
-YOGURT BOWL.
This one is so easy! Just add plain Greek yogurt (avoid the sugary flavored ones that pack a lot of added sugars) and sweeten it yourself by adding fruit and a touch of granola.
-BURRITO BOWL.
This can usually be made with everything you already have in your house. Start with rice as your base, add a lean protein source like Chicken and top it with whatever else you have laying around!
