Tiramisu Brownies

Tiramisu brownies are my favorite dessert at the moment. They are SO easy to make and are a crowd favorite. I used Betty Crocker brownie mix and then used my hand mixer to make the tiramisu topping. The topping is super rich and creamy with a subtle coffee flavor

Ingredients:

Betty Crocker brownie mix

8 oz mascarpone

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp vanilla extract
