Homemade Banana Pudding Ice Cream

Banana pudding is the newest ice cream flavor I made at home. I cant believe how easy it is to make homemade ice cream with no special equipment besides a mixer. It is so rich and creamy just like your typical ice cream!

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy whipping cream

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

3.4 oz. banana cream pudding mix

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

2 bananas, sliced

1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed

Instructions:

1. Whip heavy cream in Kitchen Aid or with hand mixer to form stiff peaks

2. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix and vanilla extract

3. Fold into mixture sliced bananas and crushed vanilla wafers

4. Pour mixture into sealed container and freeze for at least 8 hours (the longer it freezes, the better)
