💌SHORT STORY TIME

My hometown is Solo but my family originates from Kalimantan Barat so I’ve only grown an appreciation for kain batik very recently.

I usually like minimal clothing but then I realised my boyfriend and the church goers and the city folks in general love to wear batik in their daily life so I’ve been trying out ways to mix my minimal wardrobe with more batik.

Once I tried shopping for batik, it is super abundant in the city (of course) and the patterns and colors are so diverse and it opened up a whole new world of art and styling options to me. I’m very happy ✨
