Is it normal to be insecure with your boyfriend ex

Its been awhile since my last post! ive been a bit lost lately and out of track. The reason why is because i have been suffering with retroactive jealousy. Tbh, i am not feeling. I believe ramai girls out there tengah experience this actually but never actually solved benda ni. I can say that its not easy to overcome this jealousy bcs you cant change the past but to only accept it and move on. So what i did was i try to carik my new hobby, i joined gym class, or sometimes i read books. If i rasa sedih sangat, i try to communicate with my friends and laugh more. Thirdly, i do a lot exercising as well. Lastly, try to express your feelings to him. Try not to involve too much emotion and solve it professionally.
