My working experience at Shopee🧡

Dear diary, it’s hanisah here🌸

I recently join Shopee in October and so far, i love the work culture so much, very “work life balance”. So here are some of my experience working as a marketer in Shopee🧚🏻‍♀️

🎀 Fixed working hour

- They dont encourage you to work outside the working hour. Once its 6:30 pm, you can shut down your laptop and go home😂 But its really up to you if you want to work extra time.

🎀 The most cool department team.

- My team is very supportive, whenever i want to learn something, they will teach you properly. Always be positive even the dateline task is near. Try to work as a team instead of work individually.

🎀 Proper guide from A - Z

- On the first week, they let me shadow one of my team. They will let you understand the process first and teach you more in-depth after you really understand the work.

🎀Celebrate many culture traditions and birthday

- They usually give free food such as spooky cookie during Halloween, Pani puri during Deepavali. And they will ask to share money to buy cake for birthday celebration.

🎀 Generous with so many free food

- I usually drink milo and eat cookies during tea break and of course its free, you can take as much as you want too.

🎀 Weekly meeting to catch up with weekly task

- This is to catch up with weekly task so that all team are on track.

🎀 The talent of Shopee Affiliate

- I also given the opportunity to be the content creator of Shopee affiliate. My task was to talk about affiliate, guide on how to sign up for the program and its benefit.
