With this being my third baby, I’ve learned some tips on how to increase milk supply 🤍
1. Feeding on demand / pumping in between—
The more your body knows is in need, the more it will produce! When I pump in between feedings, I find my supply is upped by a lot! I feed on demand too so that my body knows and understands his feeding cues and demand.
2. High protein meals—
Get that iron & protein in! I’ve noticed a huge increase when I eat plenty of red meat and iron dense foods. Your body needs the fuel and protein is the fuel that helps up your supply!
3. Coconut water drinks—
I personally love body armour lyte for the extra coconut water + electrolytes! It’s my pro tip to up the supply for the new mamas! I always notice more milk production after drinking a high in electrolyte drink!
