Easy SheetPan Meal 👩🏼‍🍳

Ingredients:

Turkey Sausage

Mushrooms

Zucchini

Squash

Onions

Bell Pepper

Broccoli

Carrots

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Italian Seasoning

Salt

Pepper

Olive Oil

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Prep veggies and turkey sausage, add them to a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil/toss all of the seasonings on top. (I just use the seasonings generously and do not measure specifically)

3. Spread everything into one layer and roast for 35-40 minutes until veggies are cooked to your liking.

4. Place on top of some jasmine rice and enjoy!
