6-Month Reset Check In Day!

How do you usually reflect on your goals? Do you try for the same goal the next time you don’t complete it or do you revisit it later on?

Reflection is so hard because I hate knowing I failed to complete something but I’m learning to be content with the things I can’t complete in one month and move on and revisit it if I need to. Adjusted my January goals a bit to reflect what I didn’t complete in December and I feel really good about moving on and moving strong.
