This recipe is PERFECT if you need a YUMMY smoothie that is quick and easy to make in a rush, after the gym, or before you head to work!! 💜

THE RECIPE:

• 1 cup wild blueberries (I get a BIG bag from Costco!!)🫐

• Milk of choice- I prefer almond milk 🥜

• Protein powder of your choosing- I LOVE the Chocolate 🍫 or Strawberries & Cream 🍓Orgain plant based powders!

• 2 tablespoons of chia seeds - helps digestion sooo much! 🫧

• lil splash of water!! 💧
