🫐Frozen Blueberries

🫐Vanilla yogurt

🫐 Frozen Avocados

🫐 Oatmilk or any milk

🫐 Matcha powder

🫐 1 Banana

Measure with your heart and blend 🤍

This morning I had a yummy breakfast again. Considering that today is strictly a mental health day,spent with some yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ and meditation,I’m not overloading with protein but I’m still sticking to nurturing my body to the fullest.

I thought I’d share this recipe because it literally made me gasp at how delicious it is!
