Breakfast Time for Pregnant Mama 🤰

🌸First thing in the morning of course la "Breakfast '..penting tau sbb ini menentukan our mood n body system for the whole day 🤰😊

🌸 My breakfast include high protien,lots of fibre n just a slice of wholegrain bread..not to forget plain water..

🌸7am to 9am is the perfect time to take our breakfast n start our day 👌🏻🥰

🌸Last not least supplement for baby inside..for time being doctor just advice me to take Folic Acid..

🌸My morning sickness not started yet..i hope it didn't come this time 😝
