Menu kali ni sgt simple, sedap, & kenyang only +-300 calories je.
Bahan pun mudah nak dptkan hehe 😍
Bahan:
Salad
Japanese cucumber
Tomatoes
Chicken Fillet / Dada Ayam
Cara nya:
• Potong chicken fillet secara dadu
• Gaul bersama Halia ditumbuk & sos Tiram (sedikit saja)
• Goreng bersama minyak olive oil sehingga garing.
• Masukkan black pepper sebelum ayam masak.
• Ayam garing, gaul sebati bersama salad & sos kewpie (sedikit saja)
• Sedia untuk di makan 😋
Untuk breakfast, selalu nya Hajar gunakan portion half saja daripada lunch. Sebab Hajar jenis cepat lapar at 3-4pm. So breakfast i took less, lunch i ambil lebih so boleh tahan till 6pm.
Next meal will be on 6pm, selalu nya Hajar ambil wrap. Next i will share recipe wrap pulak tau! 🫰🏻😋
Salad chicken fillet ni kalau you nak lagi sedap, you can also add on sesame oil buat rasa dia lagi naik & rasa2 like chinese food sikit.
Overall whenever i took salad in the morning, memang kenyang up to 4-5 hours. Lepas took salad, minum air secukupnya ok? Sebab sometime after 2 hours took salads, kita rasa mcm lapar. Tapi sebenarnya perut kita bukan lapar, its just badan kita hydrate. Kita confuse di situ kan? 😜 So what we need di situ, ialah minum air, a lottt.
