Butterfly Haircut: What to Ask Your Hairstylist for the Perfect Look

Thinking of getting a butterfly haircut, and I'm so here for it! It's a layered haircut that gives my hair a lot of volume and movement. The layers are cut in a way that resembles butterfly wings, hence the name. Ask your stylist for: Shorter blended layers in the back that start at your shoulder or a little longer. Face framing layers with a shorter curtain bangs. That start right below your cheekbones and gradually get longer to give that layered feathered back look.

For color ask your colorist for chocolate brown hair with minimal to no copper tones.
