What I had for my weekly cheat meal…

While being on a calorie deficit, I make sure to have a cheat meal once a week. This helps satisfy my cravings I may have had through the week, and it’s kind of like a reward 😋 I make sure to go on a long walk after meals like these to help with bloating and digestion. Being on a calorie deficit has helped me loose over 30 pounds within the past year, and I still get to enjoy cheat meals like these every so often :)
