Quit my job 😭✨

I recently quit my job (TODAY), I worked at IHOP as a server, genuinely enjoyed the job & workplace. Unfortunately that didn’t last! I’m a little sad & honestly frustrated but everything happens for a reason. Thankfully my boyfriend was super supportive of my situation. Extremely grateful for him 🫶

I always told myself I would never quit a job unless I found another one, but I guess I was wrong. A part of me wishes I would have stuck it out but at the same time I’m relieved and excited for this new adventure.

Even tho I’m a bit anxious about the change I know it’s gods plan and everything will work out for me in the long run! All I can do now is look forward!

I pray that I find a career I can grow in & love! I know it might not be the next job I have or the one after that, but who knows maybe it is. I’m learning to be patient and not take too big of steps because it eventually leads to failure.

The important of baby steps is REAL, & the importance of patience is a MUST!

I’m still learning but that’s the point of growing.

Instead of letting this bring me down I will better my mindset and let this be a learning lesson for me. 🤍

To all of you who have gone through this or is experiencing it I’m truly sorry, but I hope it ends up turning into a blessing! Life happens & sometimes a job isn’t good for a person or their mindset, don’t let it bring you down! You got this I believe you 🙏😘
