Garlic butter steak bites!

So tonight I made garlic butter steak bites and potatoes, mac & cheese with bacon, and rolls.

I threw butter, a little bit of olive oil, butter and minced garlic in a skillet and let it heat up until it started to sizzle. Cut your steak into cubes and season as you like. The seasonings I used are in a picture above.

Put steak in skillet and cook your steak the way you like it. Once it was done, I put it on a plate and put it to the side. And in the same skillet, I threw in some sliced potatoes and cooked them until they were hot which only took 10 minutes. I threw my steak back in the skillet and mix them all together for another minute or 2.

This is a quick and easy meal for me to cook during the week and family approved 😋
