Don’t Follow Me On IG

I see so many posts about trying to get followers on IG. I’m just going to save y’all time now lol, I do not post on IG. I had to stop going on instagram because I started to compare my life to others and it wasn’t healthy.

I know I am not the only one who compares so I am here to tell you all that shit is fake. People post exactly what you want to see, and it may look like they have it all figured it out but realistically that’s probably not true.

Seeing all the new trends it was getting overwhelming to keep up. I wanted to have the trendy clothes and the expensive skincare and makeup but that’s not realistic. I live paycheck to paycheck. I can’t go and buy chanel foundation or all the cute lulu workout sets. I’m an average girl who has an average life, and that’s OK.

Be yourself always and remember comparison is the thief of joy.
