Nursing fundamentals pt2

More nursing fundamentals/health assessment and skills notes. My particular program did not touch much on values and imbalances until 2nd semester which is where we really got into it. Still super helpful to know and to learn even if your program does not go into it right away in first semester. It can be tricky to learn, so the sooner you know it, the better imo.
