Is this Jacquemus Bag Worth It? Le Chiquito Review

It’s been almost a year since I’ve had my Le Chiquito Long bag by Jacquemus. As someone that is a fan of the brand as a whole, especially the ready to wear it’s a surprise that this is my first bag purchase from the brand. It’s been a delight wearing and styling this bag this past year however would I purchase it again? Let’s get into this review to find out!

Pros

-Minimal and classic design that is easy to style

-Such a stunning color that is easy to wear year-round

-Very versatile in terms of styling both up/down, day/night

-Is actually a lot more spacious than it looks due to its length

-It’s really the perfect statement bag, I find myself reaching for this bag way more than I thought I would

Cons

-Pricepoint, I believe this bag is overpriced

-The suede is super high maintenance as I’ve already had a bit of color transfer from darker clothes and tiny stains

-The flap is very structured, making reaching into the bag a bit of a hassle

-Though it holds more than I initially anticipated, it still can only hold a few items

In conclusion, though this bag has its pros and cons, I have been reaching for this bag SO MUCH that it honestly has become a staple in my wardrobe. I have styled it with jeans as well as with fancy outfits.
