Gumbo for date night

I love love love gumbo but when I tell you making a roux has been a struggle for me previously I finally got it right this time around. When they tell you it takes time and patience it really does. My Aries moon is so impatient when it comes to things like this I thought I’d never finish but this turned out FIREEEEEE 🔥🔥🤧. Definitely making it again.
