Let’s talk about Vitamin C + Why & Who should use Vitamin C in their skincare routine.

WHY Vitamin C?

☑️ reduce appearance of fine lines, wrinkles

WHO should use Vitamin C?

People with:

☑️ dark spots

☑️ kulit kusam

☑️ has acne scars

☑️ needs hydration & brightening in one product

☑️ early wrinkle or anti-aging care

WHO should AVOID Vitamin C?

☑️ extremely sensitive skin

☑️ sensitive to citrus product

(But nevertheless, please do patch test to try out because these two are mild, so your skin may like it 😊)

There are so many types of Vitamin C skincare products out there & while everything looks tempting, not all Vitamin C may work for your skin & some may be too harsh for you - especially kalau korang ada sensitive skin. Some skin type may not tolerate Vitamin C & may cause redness, so I’d recommend these two BEGINNER-FRIENDLY Vitamin C that is very mild & will not irritate sensitive skin 🩷

I myself am not a fan of all Vitamin C out there because some can be too oily, some has weird smell & some are just too thick.

Kalau korang face the same issue like me, these two Vitamin C will be great for you.

🩷 JUMISO All Day Vitamin Brightening & Balancing Serum

This contains a mixture of vitamins - including vitamin c & also niacinamide that effectively brightens & reduces skin’s hyperpigmentation with just 1 bottle. Karen dah guna entah botol ke berapa dah lol. It’s hydrating without stickiness, non-oily & very easy to use in your skincare routine - both day & night. Ini juga tak mahal, around RM45-RM55 depending on which shop you get in Shopee (remember to get authentic product/support official store).

🩷 NUMBUZIN No. 5 Vitamin Concentrated Serum

Numbuzin is so famous with their toner & softening serum but I feel this one is just as good & in fact, super underrated! Aside containing multi vitamins (a bit like Jumiso), this also has Niacinamide & Glutathione, top ingredients to help brighten skin tone & reduce dark spots. Texture dia slightly thicker than Jumiso but hydration dia is more than Jumiso’s as well. So this is better if you have dry or dehydrated skin type. Around RM77 in their official Shopee store page.

If you are newbie, I highly recommend you to check these out! Even as a person that isn’t new to skincare, these two are my top serums & will always have a backup in my stash.
