Signs of low self-worth in the little things

Recognizing these sneaky signs of low self-worth was a fresh perspective for me 🫢😳 I mean I didn’t even realize how much I was over-explaining, over-apologizing, and keeping myself busy to avoid uncomfortable feelings.

All of it stemmed from a place of feeling “not enough.” But when I started getting honest with myself and challenging these habits, I found so much more peace.

It’s a reminder to check in with yourself, stop apologizing for existing, and realize that you’re worthy as you are.
