Mental glow up for the fall

Fall is here, and it’s the perfect time to slow down and enjoy a cozy glow-up inspired by Gilmore Girls!

🍁✨ This season, I’ve added more intenational rituals into my daily routine, like breathwork and therapeutic journaling.

It’s been amazing to take just a few minutes each day to check in with myself, release emotions, and clear mental clutter.

Creating a cozy home space filled with fall decor and a little reading nook has brought a lot of warmth and comfort too.

These practices have made fall feel like a time of true renewal and inner peace.
