Letting go of old beliefs wasn’t something that happened overnight. For years, I held onto the idea that I wasn’t good enough in my school work, side hustle, and career. I was constantly second-guessing myself, overthinking every decision, and playing small because deep down, I believed I wasn’t capable of more.

It wasn’t until I started working on releasing that belief, really looking at where it came from, that things began to shift.

I allowed me to revisit a moment in my childhood when I first felt that self-doubt. Instead of re-experiencing the pain, I could observe it and release it gently.
