When you feel your thoughts spinning, get moving! Whether it’s a quick walk outside, a yoga flow, or a 10-minute dance, a little exercise can boost your mood and redirects your focus.

📱Know Your Triggers

This has been a huge one for me. Over time, I’ve noticed that certain situations trigger my overthinking (like scrolling social media at night). Once I know what triggers the spiral, I can make changes like replacing Instagram for a bedtime meditation.

🤍 Find Support

When overthinking feels too heavy to manage alone, talking to someone (even a therapist) can make all the difference. Therapy will help you recognize negative thought patterns and work on healthier habits.
