1 - Say a truth out loud “My name is (say your name).”
2 - Notice how it feels.
3 - Now say a lie “I’m a kangaroo,” or “I’m 5 years old.”
4 - Again, notice how it feels.
Your body knows the difference.
Your subconscious is the boss of your emotions.
It’s where your deepest beliefs live.
5 - Now, let’s say these out loud:
🤍 I am worthy of abundance.
🤍 I effortlessly attract my desires.
🤍 I am safe and loved.
Feel into it. Does it feel like a truth or a lie in your body?
If it feels like a stretch, it’s a sign your subconscious needs a little upgrade.
Your reality is a mirror of your inner world.
When you shift your beliefs, your world shifts too.
