The Perfect LA Sunday

I consider Sunday to be my reset day. I like to do things that make me feel good and set me up in a positive mindset for the week ahead. There are truly so many things you can do around LA on a Sunday but on this specific weekend I decided to take it a bit easy and spend some time outside given the weather is so nice in September. These are some of my Sunday favorites that I recommend to everyone to reset before the work week:

1. Go on a hike. Time in nature is medicine. TheZuma Canyon Trailhead is gorgeous

2. Eat lunch atCanter's Deli. The food is so amazing there. The pastrami sandwich is to die for

3. Visit theLos Angeles County Museum of Art. There are so many exhibits both indoors and outdoors

4. Have a drink on a rooftop. LA has so many beautiful outdoor spaces where you can enjoy amazing views

5. Have a home cooked meal to reset and feel recharged for the week ahead
